How to calculate year to maturity

To calculate the YTM, simply enter the link data in the TVM keys. We can find the YTM by solving for I/Y. Enter 6 in N, -961.63 in PV, 40 in PMT, and 1.000 in FV. Now, press CPT I/Y and you should find out that the YTM is 4.75%. But wait a minute! ................
