I am still seeing low inventory across the area and across price ranges. This is translating into lots of buyers trying to pick from the few homes for sale. The well priced homes in good condition are now selling fairly quickly and sometimes seeing multiple offers.?If you are thinking of selling your home?this Spring,?I would advise you to get your home on the market as soon as possible.
