Claire W. Thomas, MD

Dr. Claire Thomas joined Commonwealth Primary Care November 1st and currently sees patients at their new West Creek office location. Dr. Thomas completed her undergraduate education at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville. She remained at UVA for her medical education before completing her Family Medicine Internship and Residency at University of North Carolina ? Chapel Hill. She is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

In addition to RAM, Dr. Thomas is also a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Virginia Academy of Family Physicians and the National Medical Association.

In her spare time, she enjoys crafting and working on art projects, researching family history, trying local restaurants and spending time with family.
