This outgoing, innovative and energetic HR/OD Representative II will contribute to our team’s goals by providing support to a wide range of Human Resource programs and procedures and will assist departments in meeting their staffing needs. 

 

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in human resources/organizational development, business administration or related field and two years of professional level recruitment experience in a medium to large size Human Resources department. Preference may be given to applicants with experience in high-volume recruitment for multiple disciplines or in a utility or manufacturing environment.  An MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development or related field may substitute for one (1) year of experience.

Certification as Professional in Human Resources (PHR) preferred.
