LETTER FROM THE CEO Wow, another year is beginning to speed by fast. Here we are already heading into Spring and then Summer a short ways behind. It always amazes me when I sit down to write this letter that another 3 months of our time has vanished like the winter weather we had just a short month ago. We continue to work hard every day here at Laneco to make sure we are meeting all of your financial needs. We may not add new services every year but we are always looking at what our membership needs and wants. When we find something that is essential to our member's needs, we try to put it in place in a safe and economical manner. We are in the process now of working with our data processor to put a mobile app in place to make our home banking experience easier and secure for members on the move. We don't have a launch date at the time of this writing but stay tuned, the Laneco Federal Credit Union mobile app is coming your way in 2019. Members continue to save and borrower as we sail thru 2019. We are currently running our annual Fun in the Sun promotion from now until May 31, 2019. All RV loan rates are 1% off the normal published rates. That means 1% off all motorhomes, travel trailers, fifth wheels, campers, boats, ATVs, Side-by-Sides and even horse trailers. Members looking to make these types of big purchases will want to take advantage of this special as it only happens on occasion for about 2 ? months. Be sure to get preapproved. It's quick and easy and gives you more power when making those purchase decisions. We continue to work on building membership here at Laneco again this year. As you know we are now community chartered which means we can offer the joy of Laneco membership to a much wider base. We now serve anyone who lives, works, worships, is educated or receives services anywhere in Lane County, Oregon. That means that you now have the opportunity to share the benefits of membership at Laneco with not only family and co-workers but with friends and neighbors. Growth is a must to keep Laneco Federal Credit Union viable and thriving into the years so we can continue to be your primary financial partner now and in the years to come. Partnerships help us bring some of those benefits and services to you that we cannot provide on our own. The newest partnership is our mortgage loan provider. We have partnered with Consolidated Community Credit Union out of Portland to provide not only purchase money mortgages but also refinance opportunities to our membership. I am happy to help members with basic information on mortgage loans and assist with our online application process. We have a dedicated loan office at Consolidated to assist you beyond my abilities. Logan is very knowledgeable and wonderful to work with according to members who have benefited from this service so far.
