1.1 Efforts have been made to consider the inputs that were received from the schools on the draft timetables that were issued through Assessment Instruction 18 of 2018.

1.2 All heads of education institutions should ensure that these FINAL timetables are distributed to all Grades 10, 11 and 12 teachers, learners, subject advisors and other relevant stakeholders.

Where there is a clash regarding subjects on the timetable (that is, at the same timeslot) offered by candidates, please report it to the relevant district examination office and apply the isolation policy principle as prescribed in the applicable regulations and start the second session immediately after the completion of the first session.
