Motion by Valentine, Seconded by Einspahr to approve the next meeting date to be on Tuesday September 3rd, 2019 since Labor Day falls on the first Monday of month. Voting Aye: Eddy, Einspahr, Hammond and Valentine. There were no votes against the motion. Absent: Orcutt. Motion carried.
