Job DescriptionManager of Sales and Patient CareGeneral Responsibilities?The Manager of Sales and Patient Care position is responsible for the operations of the store, and supervising employees. This position requires traveling to the other store locations as needed. The Manager position must ensure each customer receives outstanding service by providing a positive and friendly environment. The Manager must have experience in sales, marketing, inventory, computer skills, counting money, and some knowledge of the health benefits of cannabinoids. This position is an employee under Bryan’s Green Care. Specific Duties?Manager of Sales and Patient Care position ensures the following:?Works on Point of Sale system Indica (training will be provided)Register patients Entering sales and discountsOpen and Closing Register for the day reconciling cash and credit card purchases for the dayCompleting bank deposits as neededCompletes week inventory count and ordering and receiving inventory. Inventory reports are downloaded from Indica and exported to Excel. Assisting in Marketing. Supervises and schedules employees Patient concerns are solved efficiently and promptlyMaintain a positive work environment conducive to trust and respect patients. Participates in all Bryan’s Green Care Training and Meetings. Recommend, select, and help locate the proper medicine for patients depending on their individual municate the effects of CBD’s to patientsCommunicate customer request and/or problems to Owners and or Managers Perform other related workSet up and break down display cases dailyMaintenance and housekeepingFrequently maintain cleanliness, dusting, glass cleaning, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitization of storeParticipate in trade shows or other marketing eventsPerformance RequirementsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities include the following:Have some knowledge of medicinal effects of cannabisAbility to communicate with other associates and customers in all situationsAbility to adhere to the highest customer service with staff and the public alwaysNeeds to have high level of organization, patience, and flexibilityMicrosoft Suite ExperienceCounting CashSales and MarketingAt least 21 years of ageAbility to handle confidential and sensitive informationAll employees must be willing to participate in a background check, are trustworthy and understand the confidentially of the company and all patients and adheres to all company’s policies and procedures. All employees are on a 90 days probation period. Salary and Benefits for the Manager of Sales and Patient Care______________________ salary is $__________________ an hour working 30-40 hours pay period is Monday – Sunday paid weekly every Friday. Employee will be scheduled during normal store hours. Employee will also be scheduled for managers meetings and training as needed. Benefits Paid Holiday’s 4th of July, Labor Day, Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
