ANNUAL MEETING
September 16, 2020
The Annual Meeting of the AAC Credit Union was held on September 16, 2020 via Zoom Meeting. Chairperson, T. Barden, called the meeting to order at 6 PM. There were 42 members in attendance.

Determination of a Quorum – The Secretary reported there was a quorum.
MINUTES – The minutes of the meeting held on March 28, 2019 were distributed. Motion was
made and supported to accept the minutes as printed. Motion carried.
REPORTS of CHAIRPERSON, TREASURER, and CREDIT COMMITTEE
The reports of the Chairperson, Treasurer and Credit Committee were presented. A motion was made and supported to accept the reports as presented. Motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS OTHER THAN ELECTIONS – There was no new business.
ELECTIONS:
BOARD OF DIRECTORS – Incumbents Gordon Jeltema and Dennis Ziomkowski were the only nominees for these positions. The Chairperson reported to the membership that a unanimous ballot has been cast. Gordon and Russ were both elected.
CREDIT COMMITTEE – Incumbent Brook Andrews the only nominee. The Chairperson reported to the membership that a unanimous ballot has been cast. Brook was elected.
DOOR PRIZES – $500 Was given out in Door Prizes.
ADJOURNMENT – Motion was made and supported to adjourn the meeting at 6:35 PM.
