IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

Parking: Ensemble busses and trucks will check in under the awning in the circle at the intersection of Park Avenue & 7th Street. Busses and trucks will be parked together along 7th Street (PMB Parking Volunteers will direct all parking). Props and other field equipment will be held behind the away side stands in the stadium and trucks may park on 7th street next to the stadium for easier prop unloading.

Spectators may park in the lot in front of QCHS. They may also park on 5th, 6th, 8th, or 9th Streets. Designated handicapped parking for spectators will be on 8th Street. 7th Street will be closed for performers.

Restrooms: During warm-up, performers will use restrooms located in the Sixth Grade Center or at QNB Field (Warm-up Areas 1 and 2 respectively). Spectators and Volunteers will use the restrooms located in Alumni Field under the home stands.

Member Re-Entry: At check-in, all performers will receive a stamp on the inside of their wrist, which will allow them to re-enter the stadium after they perform. They will re-enter at the spectator entrance (Gate 2) at the intersection of Park Avenue and 8th Street and sit in the away stands.

Tickets: Tickets purchased at the gate will be $12 for adults and $10 for students/seniors. Spectators of performing ensembles may purchase tickets in a pre-sale at $10 for adults and $8 for students/seniors (pre-sale ends September 18, 2021). Contact (TBD) to secure pre-sale tickets. Cash, PayPal with linked bank account (not debit/credit card), Venmo, Google Pay, and Apple Pay are accepted. Send money to payments@ with the memo "USBands, # adult tickets, # student/senior tickets"

Warm Up: Warm-up areas will be behind the Sixth Grade Center and behind the High School (QNB Field). A warm-up schedule will be provided closer to the date. There will be a team of volunteers and Panther Marching Band members throughout the warm-up area to assist visiting groups.

Field Surface: The field at Alumni Stadium is artificial; only high school hashes are on the field. The performer entrance gate is wide and the path from the warm-up area to the stadium is flat and paved.

Retreat/Critique: Drum Majors and representatives of the bands will be asked to report to the scoreboard side track before the Panther Marching Band's exhibition. Judge's critique will be held in classroom 103 at Quakertown Elementary (behind Alumni Stadium and across 7th Street). This room will be clearly labeled.

Awards: First, second, and third place in each class, as well as Best Overall Music, Visual, and Effect will receive trophies. Best Guard and Best Percussion will receive plaques.

Concessions/Hospitality: There will be two concession locations within the Stadium, one near the spectator entrance under the home stands and one on the scoreboard side of the away stands. Cash, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, and/or Google Pay are all accepted; details will be posted at the concession stands. Visiting directors and staff are invited to eat and relax in our hospitality area located in the cafeteria at Quakertown Elementary (behind Alumni Stadium and across 7th Street). This room will be clearly labeled.

Credentials/Access: Please have your staff credentials visible to enter the stadium and hospitality area. Only performers with a wrist stamp may enter gate 1 at the ensemble performance time. All other spectators and performers will enter gate 2. Show a ticket or a wrist stamp for re-entry.

From the North Travel Southbound on RT 309 towards Quakertown. Make a left at the light onto Park Avenue (across from the Dairy Queen). Travel about a half a mile and Alumni Field will be on your left. From the South Travel Northbound on RT 309 towards Quakertown. Make a right at the light onto Park Avenue (across from the Dairy Queen). Travel about a half a mile and Alumni Field will be on your left. From the East Follow 313 West. Make a left onto 5th Street. Travel two blocks and make a right onto Park Avenue. Alumni Field will be on your right. From the West Follow RT 663 North into Quakertown. Make a right onto RT 309 South. Follow 309 South until you reach Park Avenue (there will be a light). Turn Left onto Park Avenue. Travel about a half a mile and Alumni Field will be on your left.
