Make a list of 10 positive things about yourself that have nothing to do with your appearance. Add to it at least once a week. Put signs on your mirrors that say, "I am beautiful, inside & out." Act like a baby again: Eat when you are hungry. Rest when you are tired. Surround yourself with people who remind you of your inner strength and beauty. ................
