ALCOHOL- WISE JV INSTRUCTIONS-FOR 17 AND UNDER SAUK COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT, WISCONSIN

ALCOHOL-WISE JV is an online ALCOHOL education course. You'll need access to an internet connected computer at home, school or library. Go to

1. Click on FIND YOUR COURT 2. Select WISCONSIN in the State Drop-down 3. Enter your COUNTY SAUK 4. Select your Course. Your Control Number is SAUKCC-AWJV

5. Click CONTINUE and complete the enrollment form.

ONLINE ENROLLMENT: The course fee is $60.00 and you can pay by credit card or debit card. You receive a PASSWORD immediately after online payment is accepted. Write or print out your login information.

OR

MAIL-IN ENROLLMENT: Complete the mail-in enrollment form from the website and send it with your check or money order to the 3rd Millennium address on the form. We will contact you with a password when we receive payment.

It takes about 3 hours to complete the course and you can login and out as needed.

You must complete the course work on your own. You're subject to validation during and after completion of the course. Incorrect responses to validation questions can result in loss of grades, forfeiture of your enrollment fee, and a negative report to the court.

You will receive an email notification upon completion of the course. We will send the Original Certificate of Completion directly to the court.
