• Main events in each entry/chapter

• Conflicts

• Ideas for themes

Important Information:

- Notes can be use during the test.

- Exam will be the first major grade for marking period 1.

Please note:

1. In the Milford School District, “Honors” signifies not only academic excellence, but also ethical behavior. The teachers who assign summer work expect all students will carefully read each assigned book and write their own thoughtful and detailed responses. We offer this caution to students: avoid replacing the reading of the assigned texts with the reading of published summaries like Cliff’s Notes, Spark Notes, online plot summaries, or the work of fellow classmates to complete the summer reading and written assignments. Remember that the summer readings are not group projects; they are individual assignments.

2. Important: You are expected to call or contact us with any questions you may have. The excuse of “I didn’t understand” or I didn’t know” will not be accepted for poor quality work.

If you have any questions over the summer, please contact either:

Mrs. Sarah McNulty at smcnulty@msd.k12.de.us

OR

Mrs. Sherrie Wilkins at swilkins@msd.k12.de.us

We look forward to working with you next year!
