7. They have a Demo Room set up

9. It will be about 150 beds, and it will allow for about 50 parking spots to be there when the residence hall

13. We will start right after school gets, so that we can have the building back in our possession by July

ii. Want to bring it back this year, and make it bigger and better

iii. Our budget for the Culture event is 3500, but our account is 150

g. WSU Housing Apartment Coordinators- Family Fun Day: One World, One Dream

iii. We will have different events that will go along with Olympics

iv. There is a Olympic Park, we want RHA to sponsor the items that are given away in the Park

v. In the past RHA has help run the event in the past

vi. We are excepting about 500 total people- 200 adults and 300 children roughly

vii. We are requesting 850 for the prizes and for the adults and for the kids

h. WSU Single Student Apartments- RHA/SSA Ice Skating

ii. We are at a max cap

iii. We have 3 good tables and 1 that has a uneven table top

iv. We currently collect fees for maintenance to keep up or table

v. We are asking for 600 for a Kevlar table

vi. There are other tables that are cheaper but we are looking for a high quality table that can be used for a long time

vii. There are 500+ international students, and table tennis is a huge sport overseas and is gaining momentum in the United States

ix. We are in Smith 115, we have posting in all the halls about it

1. Recommends full amount

1. Recommends 500 dollars

iii. ASWSU-

1. Requesting 2000 but we are recommending 1000

2. We are lowering

1. We recommended 300, not the full amount due to the that it is mainly for food and there is not a ton of students in Residence Halls

v. UP all night

1. Recommends full amount it is a great program

vi. Family Fun Day

1. We recommend none because it does not affect the students, We suggest that they go to ASWSU and to the individual halls for support

vii. Table Tennis-

1. Recommends 300, due to the program and how many students in there club are actual members of a resident hall

viii. Vietnamese Cultural Event-

1. Finance Recommends 600, but we feel that the amount

2. Stipulation that if there are any changes that they must come back with a new funding proposal

ix. Ice Stating

1. Recommends 470, to cover the event and Advertising

VI. Approval of the Budget

a. It is a little bit different from fall semester

b. 4b is the spring deposit

c. Prices is right, is going on the third year sponsored by RHA, Want RHA to take a huge

d. Readership has to stay the same

e. Scholarship by the Constitution

f. Rollover has to stay the same, due to the Constitution

g. 200 to office supplies

h. Coping, just a heads up we spent 91 dollars this time on copies

i. GG- Is it ok if everyone just gets one copy of the funding proposals from now on

j. RAC just to refill the line item

k. Exec Discretionary just to refill the line item

l. President Focus-up so that they can both be put on

m. NRHH- by the constitution

n. Proposing that we put money into Conferences and Stipends

o. GG-Stipends do not add up

p. Miscalculations for the total stipends

2. I’m a Sophomore, no idea on major yet

3. I’m one of the three people that changed the seconding rule

4. I went to DC, I was on site council at my high school working with the principal and vice principal

5. Not a much focused on

6. Mission statement- I tend to make motion for second reading, I feel that they deserve

7. I want to make the seconded rule change perm ant, so that people

8. Prices for overhead are going to go up for the income, it is a dangerous trend

9. RAC committee is a huge to prevent things from getting out of hand

10. Director of RHA is the same as the

11. DD- Why did you want to run for this and not stay on council

12. I want to run to have Duncan Dunn impute heard on council and this year DD has not met quorum at any of our meetings, because the sectary does not want to show up

13. Community- Favorite class

15. DPR- Vice president is a big time commitment who does your schedule look

16. Yes, I have feel days on Tuesday and Thursday

18. President- What is the purpose of the retreats and what are some ideas

19. They are for council to get together and

20. DPR- What type of cake and why?

ii. Adam Johnson

1. Apologize for the spelling errors, this is not my revised draft

2. I’m for Aberdeen Washington

3. During High School I work to fix the way government was run

4. I was part of the Student Recognitions Committee for students that are not athletics or 4.0 students

5. I’m part of two family owned businesses. This allowed me to learn how to balance my time

6. I feel that I’m really qualified for this position, senior year in high school tech major, this allow me to learn how to balance my time between school and work and this position

7. I want RHA more focused purpose statement and Core Values. I want people to understand what RHA is, and what we do

8. DPA- when you Mange the firework stands how many did you have work under you.

9. Any where from 4-6, and we worked out of a tent

12. Stimson- Any specific plans on updating our purpose statement and core values

13. Lead a focus group, to develop what are core values are and purpose statement

15. Most classes are in the morning and are done by 1 each day

17. I believe that it is a time to go over parliamentary procedure and to get to know one and

19. Apple pie because my grandma always made it when I was younger

a. Rogers- clarification on voting procedure

c. DPR- If you really want to change the voting procedure you can make a motion

d. Rogers- Adam Sound confident and has a set plan

e. Stimson- Adam always active in the hall government, is always willing to help out

f. Regents- Glad that he want to develop our help our purpose statement, through

b. Director of Finance

i. Andrew Easley

1. I live in Waller hall, I’m one credit away from a junior

2. I enjoy doing finance paperwork. I feel that I

3. I’m the current Treasurer of Waller hall, I was the treasurer for my high school band

4. I have training to lead people up to 80 people

5. I’m also located right across the street from the Washington building right now and have to go there once a week already

6. I meet weekly with my RED

7. I believe that I’m the executive member that you are looking for

8. I went to PACURH last year with Sami

9. It shows my dedicate to RHA

10. DPA- Our previous director of Finance took up a lot of her free time.

11. I looked to make sure that I have enough time before I even applied, through talking to Denis

12. Waller- Biggest Flaw

13. That I have never done it before

14. Rogers- Favorite Stroke

15. Free Best time was in the 50 free at 24.31

16. Community- what is the theory of knowledge

17. It is a philosophy class, that I took in High School

1. I’m currently the Treasurer of Rogers Hall

2. I have had experience as an accounting, start at 14 with my mom

3. I issue check issuances , IRI, I do the budget for the Hall

4. What I have done in the past has help me be a good Candidate

5. DPA- Schedule

6. I do not have a class after 1pm and I do not work

7. Waller- What was your biggest flaw

8. I sign my name where I’m supposed to print it

9. DD-What pastry would you be

10. It would have to be the low carob muffin that I had over break

11. DPR- what type of Sunday would

12. Vanilla and Strawberry syrup. I really do not like banana

13. President- Do you have any thoughts on working with your committee

14. I also head the finance committee at Rogers

iii. Mark Rose

1. I’m from Stephenson North. You all have my resume in front of you. I was High School Class president. I had to make sure the money matched up. I’m a current cashier at a public wildlife. I want to make sure that all money is accounted for. I’m really your puppet

2. Community- What was you’re A- in

3. It was in Physics, but I tell everyone that I got a 4.o

4. Waller- biggest flaw

5. Going to approach people to open up accounts

6. DPA- This is a huge time comment.

7. I’m taking 18 credits, I was in Marching band last semester, I was never late to any meetings

8. DAA- How would you deal with your prior commitments

9. I would resign my position and help people fill the position till it was filled

10. Honors- Instruments

11. I played the Trumpet

12. DPR-If you were a milkshake, be and why

iv. Discussion

1. Waller- Andy Is one of the hardest working people in Waller Hall, he will bring print outs

2. DPR- I want to point out that two have civil engineering majors and one has an Accounting major

3. Rogers- She is the most entertain person on our exec board. I think she would be an out standing executive member. She was even explain why thing were there before they coming up and Really got to say that she would be a wonderful for the position

4. North- is really dedicated to what he does, sent out minutes to the Exec board once he got them from RHA

5. NCC- I have know him for over a year

6. Regents- I really liked all the Candidates, I really like Andy the best, Mark is really good

7. DD- We like all the Candidates, Patrice is the most Qualified. It is really hard to pick between them

8. DD- yield

9. Community- He is the only one with

10. North- Took 19 credits, was never late to any meeting.

11. DAA- Number of credits taken is not really that huge of an issue, or is been on Council before.

12. Stimson- I think I have to say that I agree DD with Patrice, because she is getting real world experience in her field

13. President-Thank you all for running. Congratulation Andrew, you are our new Director of Finance
