Working at our Dandenong campus, this position is accountable to produce graphic design and communication materials for projects and products.?Working closely under the guidance of the Design Lead and in consultation with the wider marketing team, you will utilise the brand guidelines to create a range of assets across web, digital and print.Key AccountabilitiesDesign and ProductionWork independently on specific projects or on complex tasks within the overall Institute policies and guidelines.Prioritise and monitor work flows within the graphic design area.Provide specialist interpretation and advise on the implementation of Chisholm’s Brand Standards.Design, develop and trial new graphic design procedures, equipment and systems.Produce graphic design and communication material for projects and ongoing products, guided by policy, precedent, professional standards and technical expertise.Creatively problem solve using knowledge acquired through relevant experience.Implement design solutions that are creative, appropriate and consistent with the Chisholm brand and vision, while conveying the aims, messages and themes of the project Maintain awareness and familiarity with emerging technologies to utilise the tools required to maximise product qualityCoordinate design files and support digital archiving and systemsCoordinate work schedule and coordinate production of design deliverables, and when required oversee installation of display graphicsStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with Marketing Business Partners, Digital and wider Marketing team to plan and develop assets.Liaise with other areas of the Institute to impact upon decision making and service provision.Ability to gain cooperation and assistance from other internal stakeholders to achieve the identified objectives.
