For convenience, it has been blended to the factory specified 50/50 mix with purified, de-ionized water.

Over 95% of the coolants on the market use silicate inhibitors to prevent corrosion, but these silicates can cause premature wear to water pump seals, so Honda engineers demanded a superior corrosion inhibitor without silicates.
