This approach supports adult learning principles and situates learning in meaningful contexts.The workshop process is based on interactive group activities and involves:reviewing and discussing accessible research based on project-based learning with a group of practitioners (a selection of research will be provided)analysing aspects or findings from the research and applying to own practicesharing and reviewing the experiences of participants discussing how outcomes can be applied to practice in the longer term.Note: Participants attending all three sessions will receive a statement to support the currency requirement in the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (SRTOs) or the AQTF Standards.Target Audience: Pre-accredited and accredited teachers/trainers/tutors, new and existing.
