| |Starting Salary - $16.00/hour |
| |Hourly Compensation Range: $16.00 - $22.00 (DOE) |
|DUTIES |Supplier Purchasing and Coordination |
| |Submittal Review, and submission |
| |Change Order Take-Off |
| |Cost Control |
| |Scheduling |
| |Building Customer Relationships |
| |The project coordinator will have to communicate daily with foreman, managers, superintendents, vendors, and |
| |other support office staff, and continually be on top of their emails. |
| |CIPP manufacturing will be taught as this will be an substantial part of the work load (Tables, Processes, |
| |etc) |
|QUALIFICATIONS |High school diploma plus two years of experience, or BA/BS |
| |Knowledge of computers, all work will be on a PC |
| |Microsoft applications knowledge a plus, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Project a MUST |
| |QuickBooks knowledge a plus but not necessary |
| |Good telephone etiquette |
| |Ability to multi-task |
| |Ability to perform with little to no supervision |
| |Accuracy and speed |
| |Good ability to follow oral instructions and to learn company procedures |
| |Good ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers |
| |Must speak English, Spanish also necessary to communicate with field staff |
| |Ability to work with others in a constant teamwork environment |
| |Ability to work in a high speed and intense working environment |
| |Ability to keep on top of various methods of communication (inc: email, voicemail, blackberry) |
| |Ability to read underground pipeline plans |
| |Ability to work in a constantly changing environment |
