Your Opportunity

As part of the Sage Software Partner Advantage Program, the Sage Select Mid-Market Partner Program rewards our business partners who exclusively sell Sage Software products. For their dedicated focus and singular commitment to Sage Software, Sage Select members will receive numerous rewards and benefits. If a partner qualifies, this annual program starts on April 1 each year and provides all the benefits listed below for the full year, except for the 2% additional tier margin benefit. The additional 2% tier margin benefit needs to be earned quarterly, based on maintaining a minimum product tier level of Gold and above and is tied to the current tier calculation periods.

Benefits of the Sage SOFTWARE Select Mid-Market Partner Program

Sales and Marketing

• While you are a Sage Select member, you will receive an additional 2% in co-op funds as earned

• You can earn an additional 2% tier margin on new customer product sales (New customers are companies that purchase new products from our family of products for the first time. Excludes Sage FAS Fixed Assets, which is considered an add-on product only.)

Note: For this benefit, you must earn a minimum product tier of Gold level or above. This benefit is tied to the tier calculation periods. You will have the opportunity each tier calculation period to earn this benefit.

• While you are a Sage Select member and are qualified to receive leads, you will receive priority on new, migration, orphan, and partner-referred leads.

Partner Development

• As a Sage Select member, you can attend one Sage Software one-day Boot Camp per program year—at no charge (registration fee only). The one-day credit may be applied to a two-day Boot Camp. The fee for a two-day class with one day free is $200. Each Boot Camp must be attended within the Sage Select program year.

• As a Sage Select member, you will receive priority on selection for partner development programs such as 100/100, Fast Track for Growth and Fast Track for Consultants.

Recognition

• Upon becoming a Sage Select member, you will receive a certificate of distinction with usage rights to display the Sage Select Partner Program logo in all marketing and collateral materials during your tenure in this program.

• As a Sage Select member, you will be able to pre-register for the Insights annual business partner conference, the sessions, and for hotels prior to all other registrants.

Qualifications and requirements*

• Partner must be in good standing with Sage Software and have signed and delivered the Sage Software channel partner agreement

• Partner cannot sell a competitive product** in any Sage Software product category or market segment, cannot market any competitive product through the Web or any kind of marketing materials, and cannot own a controlling interest in any other reseller that sells a competitive product

• Partner must be at least Gold product tier level within one Sage Software product brand***

• Partner must have been an authorized business partner for at least a minimum of one year before being accepted into this program.

HOW TO GET STARTED

An application must be completed and approved prior to acceptance in this program. Membership in this program expires on March 31 of each year. Business partners must sign up to become a member or renew membership for this program on an annual basis. At the time of renewal, business partner must complete the Sage Select Partner Program Application form below, which can also be found on the Partner Advantage Programs Web site. Sage Software reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of this program and to revoke membership at will. Likewise, participating business partners may terminate membership at will.

* Additional requirements apply for Sage Accpac business partners. For details, please contact your Sage Accpac regional account manager.

** A listing of competitive products can be found on the secured business partner Web site of the product lines that you represent.

*** Qualifying business partners who sell small business products must be in one of the top two tiers (Platinum or Gold) of their product brand.
