New for 2018:
"Kern Legacy Select" is a completely different benefit design. This health plan features a high
deductible of $2,000 per individual and $4,000 per family. If you need major services, you're covered to close to 100% after you reach the deductible. If you're in good health and don't need to access the benefit, you will pay next to nothing.
This high deductible plan has no premium for permanent employees, includes free preventative care, and offers some preventative medications for a $10 co-pay.
