How do students log in to the Aeries Student Portal?

One of the following 3 options will work for you:

1. Look in your email for an email from "aeries-noreply Aeries Student Portal ? New Student Account Created" a. Follow the instructions in the email to access your account. b. Once logged in ? change the password to one that you will remember

2. If you can't find the email in step 1: a. Go to the following URL: Parent. b. Type in your email address and click on "Forgot Password" c. Check your email for instructions

3. If Steps 1 and 2 do not work ? Your account may not have been created yet, or has expired. Please contact your school office to have your account created.

How do Parents log in to the Aeries Parent Portal?

For Parents of returning students and incoming 9th graders from the Oroville area middle schools: All Parent portal accounts have been created and an email was sent to the email address we have on file with login instructions and a password. Please check that email account for instructions.

Steps to take if you do not have the initial account creation email: a. Try logging in to the Aeries Parent Portal using the parent email address that we have on file for you at the Parent Portal Login URL: parent.

b. If you have forgotten your password - click on the 'Forgot Password?' link and follow the instructions to reset the password. When prompted ? use the parent email address that we have on file for you. i. If you receive the following message "The email address ... could not be matched to anaccount" -- Contact the office at your school for the information needed to re-create your account:
