AFH 23-123 Volume 2 Part 1, dated 8 August 2013 is supplemented as follows: This new instruction supplements AFH 23-123 Volume 2 Part 1, Integrated Logistics Support-Supply (ILSS), Materiel Management Operations, and must be completely reviewed. This publication does not apply to the Air National Guard (ANG) and the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) and their units. Ensure that all records created as a result of processes prescribed in this publication are maintained in accordance with (IAW) AFMAN 33-363, Management of Records, and disposed of IAW the AF Records Information Management System (AFRIMS) Records Disposition Schedule (RDS). This publication may not be supplemented at the base/installation level IAW AFH 23-123 Volume 2 Part 1 paragraph 1.1.4.Refer recommended changes and questions about this publication to the Office of Primary Responsibility (OPR) using the AF Form 847, Recommendation for Change of Publication; route AF Form 847 from the field through the appropriate functional chain of command. Requests for waivers must be submitted through chain of command to the OPR listed above for consideration and approval. See Attachment 1 for a glossary of references and supporting information. 4.3.5.4.1. (AMC) Maintenance activities can process turnarounds (TRNs) using G081, and are encouraged to do so.

4.3.8.7. (AMC) Directed Evacuation. The following regional repair bases are exempt from Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) directed evaluation: Joint Base (JB) Charleston, Fairchild, Little Rock, JB Lewis-McChord and Travis.

5.2.3.4.2.5. (AMC) All Air Mobility (AMC)-owned readiness spares package units will use the automatic withdrawal. Enter code "AL" in the 025-Mobility Readiness Spares Package/In-Place Readiness Spares Package (MRSP/IRSP)-Control Record

5.2.3.4.2.6. (AMC) Percent fill required will be "01."

5.2.9.4. (AMC) Backordering requirements using urgency justification code (UJC) AA is not authorized. Units should backorder aircraft tail number requirements using applicable mission capable (MICAP) or delayed discrepancy UJC; i.e., 1A, JA, BQ. Organizations/units being supported by a forward supply location (FSL) will only backorder assets using UJC's 1A/1M for grounding MICAP conditions. The only exception for these organizations/units is in ordering bench stock and shop use items.

5.2.11.3. (AMC) (APPLIES TO NON-MERGED FSLS ONLY). FSLs will not free issue (transaction exception code (TEX) "D" or "R") weapon system spares.

Andersen, Elmendorf, Hickam, Incirlik, Kadena, Ramstein, Rota, Spangdahlem, and Yokota. AMC/A4RM will direct use for the following locations to provide strategic weapon system support at contingency locations: Bagdad, Kuwait, Balad, Manas, Al Udeid, Ali Al Salem, and Bagram. Local use at these locations is prohibited. When loading REX modifier use signal code D, advice code 6Y, project name Pacer Haul, and project code 196 or 720. New Forward Supply Locations (FSL)/contingency locations can be added once verified the existing REX codes are not in use on the host account. Major Commands (MAJCOMs) will supplement accordingly.

9. (Added-AMC) Requisitions going back to the AMC Primary Supply Point (PSP) for resupply will use project codes 196 or 720 and priority 03.
