Beacon College Airport Shuttle Information / Schedule 2021-2022

Beacon College offers Transportation Shuttle Service to and from the Orlando International Airport.

Cost: $50.00 one-way pre-paid. A discount is offered If you pre book the shuttle round trip, (when available) the cost will be reduced to $45.00 for each one way pre-paid shuttle trip, totaling $90.00.

This service is a structured, scheduled group pick-up and not an individual taxi service. Students may have to wait at the terminal. Reservations are on a "first come" opportunity. Please indicated if a wheel chair accessible vehicle is required.

Where: ONLY to and from MCO (Orlando International Airport). Beacon College does not offer services to Sanford Airport, Tampa Airport, Daytona Airport, or to the Amtrak Station.

Beacon College has specific dedicated times to transport students. Beacon College cannot change the shuttle times to match the arrival or departure times of an individual student's flight. Once again, a student may have to wait at the terminal for the scheduled pickup from the airport. If the student's flight arrival time is after a scheduled pickup, the student will need to contact a commercial taxi, limo service or rental car service.

Bags: The student is responsible for his/her bag removal from the bus. Please keep luggage to a minimum due to limited space. No wave boards, golf clubs, or unusually large luggage.

Departures: Students will be dropped off at the Ground Transportation Level Terminals A and B. There will not be an escort available to walk the student to the ticket counter or to the gate.

Arrivals: Students will be picked up at the Ground Transportation Level Terminal A and B. Students will be responsible for their own luggage.

Beacon College is not responsible if the student fails to make the scheduled flight or fails to make the scheduled departure time from Beacon College to the airport.

Refunds: Beacon College does not have the capability to do a make-up trip. If a student is forced to use a commercial shuttle service due to the AIRLINE'S FAULT, a refund or credit from Beacon College in the amount of the fee originally charged by Beacon College will be issued to the student. Once again, there is no refund if the student is at fault or if the student changes plans and makes other arrangements.

If the flight is delayed by the airline and the student misses the in-house Beacon College Shuttle bus, the student should call for a commercial taxi or airport limo service. The two vendors listed below are local to the college and provide scheduled transportation from the college campus to the Orlando Airport. The two vendors listed are most commonly used by many students that have flight times outside of the College's scheduled Airport Shuttle times. These vendors are not endorsed by Beacon College in any way. They are listed here for your convenience.
