GOVERNING WASTEWATER TREATMENT

AND COLLECTION

The following Procedures and Criteria are for the information and

use of Developers, their Engineers and others in planning and

designing sanitary sewers and wastewater treatment facilities in

Allen County, Ohio. These Procedures and Criteria are established under

authority of Section 6117 and 6103 of the Ohio Revised Code.
