A Message from the CEO

Welcome to Techforce Security Services, we're happy you're here. I founded the company in 2018 because in over 20 years of working in the security industry, I wanted to do things a little differently. We believe that each employee contributes directly to the Techforce Security Services' growth and success, and we hope you will take pride in being a member of our team.

We developed this Employee Handbook to get you acquainted with Techforce Security Services, what we do, why we do it and how you fit into the big picture. This is probably your first day, so your main priority is to be a sponge and soak up all the information coming your way. Not only will this Employee Handbook get you familiar with Techforce Security Services, it's also meant to be a useful tool for the future. The goal of this book is to contain all the relevant information you need to know now and for years to come. Again, thank you for joining us on this journey. Welcome to the team.

Our Purpose & Company Overview

Techforce Security Services is a boutique, licensed private security company that is based in Melbourne.

We are aware that to run a standard private security outfit can be demanding which is why we are well trained and equipped to perform excellently well.

Techforce Security Services is a client-focused and result driven private security outfit that provides broad-based security services at an affordable fee that won't in any way put a hole in the pocket of our clients.

We will offer a standard and professional security services such as the prevention of unauthorized activity or entry in a specified perimeter, control room monitoring, theft prevention and detection, security advisory and consultancy services, roving patrol, bodyguard, and internal auditing to all our individual clients, and corporate clients at local, state and national level.

We will ensure that we work hard to meet and surpass our clients' expectations whenever they contract their security concerns to our organization. At Techforce Security Services, our people come first to ensure everything we do is guided by our values and professional ethics. We will ensure that we hire professionals who are well experienced in a wide variety of private security services.

We will ensure that we hold ourselves accountable to the highest standards by meeting our client's needs precisely and completely. We will cultivate a working environment that provides a human, sustainable approach to earning a living, and living in our world, for our partners, employees and for our clients.

Our plan is to position Techforce Security Services to become one of the leading brands in the private security services industry in Melbourne, and also to be amongst the top 20 private security outfits in Australia within the first 10 years of operations.

This might look too tall a dream but we are optimistic that this will surely come to pass because we believe in our ability to do things a little differently from our competition and that is first and foremost through you, our team.
