Provide Finance SupportAssist the sales team with vehicle deal reconciliation as required.Ensure all vehicle deals are checked for accuracy and processed in the correct format compliant with Toyota New Zealand’s (‘TNZ’) timeframe. Ensure TNZ Agency vehicles are paid daily. Enter TNZ Agency rebates on to the vehicles daily. Daily review of the Vehicle Debtors report and take remedial action if necessary (incl. transfer in full of early customer payments to TNZ for agency vehicles). Profile vehicles as sold in the TNZ system. Submit fleet rebates once a vehicle is delivered. Process TNZ paperwork when vehicles have arrived for registration. Monthly review of all vehicle deal packs sold in the month prior and follow up with the manager for remedial action. Ensure direct invoicing is entered with accuracy and timeliness.Daily entry and reconciliation of bank statements into TUNZ.Assist with petty cash and Eftpos reconciliations when required.Provide support to the Financial Controller to meet month-end and annual reporting deadlines. Provide support and cover to other staff within the Business Support team. General Administration (incl. filing / BP Fuel Card administration).Standard of communicationsMeeting reporting deadlinesQuality of Financial transactions and reports.Improvement projects.Knowledge of TUNZ and ability to respond to queries on the system.
