AMT 7.0Perform basic servicing on automobile drivetrain systemsAMT 1.0Apply the proper safety practices prescribed by OSHA/HIOSH when working in the Automotive Lab. OBJECTIVESPerformance Objectives: Write the number and grade level if applicable. Match lesson objective to each Content Standards. At the end of this lesson, students will be able to analyze and implement the necessary steps required to remove and replace the valve stem on a wheel assembly. ASSESSMENTSIdentify assessments to measure lesson objectives. Match lesson assessment to each lesson objective. Using a written exam, students will be able to accurately identify the necessary steps and tools required with an accuracy rate of 80% or higher using an answer key, rubric.INSTRUCTIONI. Students will get into their teams (3 groups of 5 students each).2. Provide students with 1 task sheet to be completed as a group. 3. Students will proceed to measure out each item and fill bucket. 6. Once students are done, they students will proceed to desk to summarize their accomplishmentIII.
