We all need a positive role model.

What makes a good one?

Hampshire County Council is looking for songs about bullying to be produced by young people for young people for Anti-Bullying Week (11 - 15 November 2013).

Ten winners, two from each age group,

(KS1, KS2, KS3, KS4, College/Years 12/13),

will be given the chance to hear their song performed, or to sing themselves, at the Young People’s Anti-Bullying Conference in Winchester on Friday 25 October 2013.

We are looking for songs to communicate key

messages about bullying and describe good role models. The song should be:

• meaningful

• lyrical

• original

Winning entries will be decided by a panel of judges, including young people, and winners will be notified by Friday 11 October 2013.

The deadline for submissions is Friday 19 July 2013. To enter, send your song, on a CD, MP3, link or email attachment, with the written lyrics, your name, age, school or college and year group to:
