We are the DJs of the FM Caring Radio. To tie in with the Anti-bullying Day/ Week, we will meet every one of you on air today/this week. We’ll broadcast the songs and messages you dedicated to any teachers and fellow students to express your warmest regards and concerns. You are welcome to write on the jukebox forms, select a song from the list, write a few words of blessings or encouragement and return the form to the collection box. If too many people dedicated songs, we’ll select randomly or on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Please support us and send your song delegations.

A. Preparation Work
1. Dedication Form(s) (Appendix 1)
2. DJ scripts and special reports or stories (According to the needs of the show)
3. Preparing the CD, MD or MP3, etc. for broadcasting
4. Checking sound system (broadcasting devices)
4.1 Mic volume
4.2 CD-player
4.3 Sound Mixer volume
4.4 Selection of mode of broadcasting (coverage), e.g. whole campus or part of the campus only
5. Stationery
6. Rough work paper
B. Procedures for Song Dedication
1. Opening, e.g. say hello to fellow students or audience
2. Welcome to the FM Caring Radio, Lunchtime Jukebox
3. Introduce oneself
4. Introduce today’s theme topic: A Harmonious Campus/Anti-bullying Week/Day
5. Start the song dedication and read aloud the notes on the form (rotating a few times)
