For the past fourteen years I have been teaching in the Cambridge Public School system. During my tenure I have taught in the Elementary, Junior High and for the past 4 years at the High School level. My areas of focus are painting, sculpture and the Fundamentals of Art.

My focus on helping inner-city at risk youth brought me to this experience at teaching a portfolio class for students to pursue entrance to college/art schools. I mentored students with college visits, portfolio preparation, letters of recommendation and the process of taking slides. Students were encouraged to pursue their goals and given the tools necessary to be successful.
