SPANISH I FAMILY TREE PROJECT
Your task is to create a poster with a family tree in Spanish. You’ll have to choose famous Spanish speaking people and include yourself into the family.
Your poster must have a picture of the following: grandpa, grandma, mom, dad, uncle, aunt, yourself and at least 2 brothers/sisters and 3 cousins (total of 12 pictures, drawings, or cut-outs arranged on a shape of a family tree). You have to write the name of the family member and the relationship to you in Spanish, Ex.: Maria, mi mamá
Follow the model of pages 222 on your book or worksheet’s page 85.
Out of the 12 family members you must choose 2 of them for writing a physical and personality description, giving also name and age; 8 sentences for each one (2 paragraphs in Spanish, total of 16 sentences).
The writing should be done in a different piece of paper and attached to the poster. See rubric on the back.
