Project Reconnect is an aftercare program to prepare the women for release, and to help them overcome the barriers they encounter as they make their transition back into the community. After release, Aid to Inmate Mothers steps in to help the women secure jobs and housing, and to provide essential supportive counseling.

The Dannon Project - A Chance for Everyone Returning

The Dannon Project' reentry program provides a variety of resources, including help with obtaining personal identification, finding housing, getting job training, healing from substance abuse, and finding employment among several other services.

The Foundry
