We still have not forgotten about Arlington’s everyday heroes. Did you know that the Civic Federation’s 911 Fund has helped over 14 children of Arlington’s heroes go to college? We’re still helping because you haven’t forgotten, either. Please help them again this year!

Arlington Community Foundation -- FUND DESIGNATION FORM

The Arlington Community Foundation is a participant in the annual United Way Campaign and the Combined Federal Campaign and manages the Civic Federation’s 911 Scholarship Fund.  The Foundation’s designation number for both campaigns is #8143 and is a tax deductible contribution. To contribute by payroll deduction (this year:

❑ Designate fund #8143 on your annual CFC or United Way payroll deduction form

❑ Complete and return this form to the Arlington Community Foundation

❑ They have several funds – so you have to fax or mail them this form to direct your contribution to the 911 Scholarship Fund and

❑ Remember, you still must fill out the United Way Pledge card designation #8143)
