To send your training completion certificate to your Ethics Official: 1. Type your name and training

completion date on the certificate. 2. Select File | Save As. 3. Save the file to your computer. 4. Open a new e-mail message, select the

Message tab and click on Attach File. 5. Upload your completed certificate and

send to your ethics counselor.

Print Training Certificate

To print your training completion certificate:

1. Type your name and training completion date on the certificate.

2. Select File | Print. 3. In the Print dialog box, select Current
