Login Help

If you are experiencing problems with your login to our secure messaging server, please try these tips to resolve issues:

? If you forgot your password - Do not repeatedly attempt to login or your account will be locked to maintain security. Instead, click the Forgot Password? option at the login screen. If you have already set the hint phrase, click Password Hint to receive the hint phrase by email. Otherwise, click Reset Password to receive an email to change your password.

? Note: If your account is locked due to too many failed attempts, the Forgot Password? option will not send the system emails for assistance. Please contact your representative to request to have your account unlocked. You can then click the Forgot Password? option to reset your password.

? Secure Mailbox accounts are based on your unique email address and are not interchangeable with other email addresses, or other accounts used including our web portal.

? If you are not receiving our secure emails, check your Junk/Spam folder for messages possibly caught as spam. Add us to your Allowed/Safe Sender list. If you still do not receive our emails, contact your IT department and request to add our email domains to your company's Allowed Sender list.

? If you use Microsoft Internet Explorer, security settings may be blocking the access. From the IE menu, click Tools, select Internet options, then the Content tab. If the Content Advisor is enabled, try to disable it, or adjust by clicking the Settings tab and add our secure website to your Approved Sites list.

? When Internet Explorer Security settings are set to "High", Active Scripting will be automatically disabled. MailGate needs this option enabled in order to display the secure email content properly. Possible solutions:

? Lower the Internet Security settings from High to Medium-High. ? Add our secure website to your Trusted Sites zone. ? Click Settings, Internet options, then the Security tab. Select Internet zone, then the Custom level

button. Scroll down to Active Scripting and set to Enabled.

? The following Internet browsers are currently supported: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari. While other browsers not listed may work on our site, there may be some viewing and/or functionality limitations. Try one of the supported browsers if needed.

? If you cannot make any changes to your Internet browser, contact your IT department for assistance.

If you continue to experience login problems after trying these tips, please contact the representative who sent you the secure message for assistance.
