Your complaint alleging violation of Montana campaignfinance and practices laws conforms to the requirements of 44.10.307(2), ARM. The complaint is accepted.

Please note, however, that the COPP has determined that the complaint raises an objectively determined issue (failure to file a report) that applies to 42 candidates in Montana's 2014 general election, including M r. Hoklin. The reach of the complaint is therefore applied by the COPP to all 42 candidates. This issue is addressed further in the enclosed Notice.

Finally, the COPP intends to promptly issue a Decision on this Complaint. It is necessaryto act promptly because of the particular August 14, 2014 deadline described in the Notice.
