Information on which CSU campuses accept this degree can be found at /search.shtmlCATALOG DESCRIPTION:Upon successful completion of the Pierce College Associate in Science in Mathematics for Transfer degree requirements, the student will have demonstrated an understanding of Calculus of one and several variables, Linear Algebra, Differential Equations, and Mechanics. This coursework will satisfy the lower division mathematics requirements at the some of the California State University campuses.Students must complete 60 units which are eligible for transfer to the California State University. Students must fulfill the general education requirements and the major and elective courses to total 60 units. Students may choose to follow either the Intersegmental General Education Transfer Curriculum (IGETC) OR the California State University General Education-Breadth Requirements. Students must maintain an overall minimum grade point average of 2.0.
