OBJECTIVE

To obtain a teaching position in the elementary grades in a school with a supportive and collaborative staff that strive to always put the students first. I hope to work in a school environment that is always working to improve and grow with new ideas.

PHILOSOPHY

Children should always have positive reinforcement and be stimulated through exciting lessons. In order for success in the classroom, children must have a safe and comfortable atmosphere to learn. As an elementary level educator, I have a genuine interest in children and respect for their individuality, giving every student equal opportunity and confidence to do extremely well in the classroom.
