What specific information was of greatest value to you?

• More tools to help kids!

• Excellent review & practice. Great Skills.

• So many tools. Remembering it’s an art.

• Assisting the student in making the positive changes they want to make.

• Techniques, OARS

• Wish we had more time. The workshop was fantastic.

• Knowing to use the OARS and the premise is for confront/address ambivalence.

• Excellent presenter. MI model, OARS, all very helpful!

• Change talk.

• I really liked to summative info. Also, all the language she gave us was great.

• Learning how to log in & following along with the process was helpful. I am looking forward to the training.

• The problem wasn’t with the instructor. (:

• Reminder to meet the student where they are at. This was a good refresher seminar.

• Learning how to not give advice, but really listen to what the student is saying and collaborate with them instead of giving advice.

• Examples and questions.

• The hand-outs are valuable.

• A great reminder on how to be a better listener.

• I feel I learned some strategies when working with students. Some ideas were refreshers.

• Clarify Objective. It was a lot to disgest.

• A tad more organized presentation with a big picture like a flow chart.

• Too crowded.

• Enhance presentation skills – Obviously not your fault in this instance.
