Swap . sugary. breakfast cereals. for: sourdough toast, butter and peanut butter or eggs, porridge, with fruit and yogurt, eggs and ham with mushrooms, muesli, oatcakes with hummus and cherry tomatoes… Just do what you can for now. ................
