WHEN RELIABILITY COUNTS.

When everything is on the line, only the best will do. The M4, originally developed as the U.S. Joint Service Combat shotgun in 1998, is a gas-operated semiautomatic 12-gauge shotgun that features Benelli's patented self-cleaning, auto-regulating gas operating system (A.R.G.O.). The M4 metalwork is chromeplated, anodized or coated with heavy phosphate to prevent rust and corrosion under the most grueling

conditions. The fore-end and pistol grip are constructed of a tough synthetic polymer material for an absolute positive grip in wet or dry conditions. The telescoping aluminum buttstock can be retracted for convenient portability or storage. The extended magazine will hold seven 2 3/4-inch shells or six 3-inch magnum shells. Assembly and disassembly is quick and easy and can be accomplished without tools.

The Vinci, introduced in 2009, revolutionized shotgun design and established Practical Speed Performance (PSP), a major benefit for carrying out reliable law enforcement duties. "Shoulder the gun, acquire the target, shoot, recover and shoot again," is the essence of how rapidly a gun can fire accurately and dependably--this is PSP and there's no faster performing shotgun than the Vinci. At the heart of the Vinci is the In-Line Inertia Driven? system that is completely contained within the receiver enabling it to cycle shells faster than

ever. But to take advantage of this speed, it was necessary to reduce recoil and minimize muzzle climb, which was accomplished when Benelli developed the ComforTech? Plus recoil reduction system. Without adding weight, ComforTech? Plus also allows the Vinci to retain superior balance when shouldering and firing the gun. The Vinci consists of three modules--the barrel/receiver module, the trigger group/forend module and QuadrafitTM Buttstock module-- and its modular design makes it the easiest shotgun in the world to assemble and disassemble.

The Vinci is fast and easy to load and unload with the oversized, Dual-Purpose Release Lever, even with gloves. To load, place a round in the ejection port and merely depress the Dual-Purpose Release Lever to chamber a shell.
