ARX INTELLIGENT RAILTM

A soldier's primary weapon system may require multiple or nonstandard battery types, multiple switches and controls, numerous spare batteries, and external cables, resulting in heavy, unbalanced weapons. The rugged, Intelligent Rail can power and activate attached accessories directly from a centralized battery pack and control panel, simplifying operations, standardizing battery type, eliminating redundancy and reducing weight. Additionally, the Rail can transfer data, including digital imagery, between the mounted accessories. With less weight, simpler operation and fewer batteries to haul, combatants can be more mobile, effective and self-sustaining, for greater mission success.
