Seated Dinner Party Menu

The Warren City Club can accommodate up to 80 people seated in our Dining Room. Our Lounge, Garden Terrace and Gathering Room provide additional space for mingling and socializing. We have several food and beverage options, which are outline below and in our Beverages Menu. The Warren also offers other specialty items such as floral design, décor, audio visual equipment, and music options. These options are described in our Service & Fees Menu. If you do not see exactly what you want, please speak with your Event Manager, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We strive to make your function as fabulous and fun for you as possible. To that end, we have prepared an Event Agreement, so all the details of your party are clearly outlined for you. Please review the Agreement provide by your Event Manager, and let us know if you have any questions. We look forward to celebrating with you.

Seated Dinner Menu

Service will be provided by our professional wait staff. Tables will be dressed in black cloths and set with china, black linen napkins, cutlery and your personalized menu, unless otherwise arranged. We will provide tea lights as centerpieces for the tables. Your entire party will be seated and served at the time you specify. Prices do not include sales tax or service.

Menu Notes:

• All beef steaks are served at medium temperature.

• Please check with your Guests for dietary restrictions, as we may not be able to honor table side modifications.

• To add an additional entrée choice on any menu, add$5 per person to the per-person price.

• To add an additional salad choice on any menu, add$3 per person to the per-person price.

• To add an additional choice option on any menu, add$3 per person to the per-person price.

• You may select appetizers from our Cocktail Style Menu to add to or substitute on any menu. Please ask your Event manager for the price adjustment for our substitution.

Important Deadlines:

As soon as you know: Please make your deposit as soon as you are certain you would like to host your event at The Warren. A deposit is required to hold any date and time for your event.

120 days prior to your event: Deposits become non-refundable 120 days from your event date.

30 days prior to your event: Preliminary guest count and food and beverage choices are requested.

Linen choices, any specialty rentals and room set up are required.

Signed Contract is required.

10 days prior to your event: Final food and beverage choices and confirmed number of guests are required in writing via email by 5 pm, 10 days prior to your event. We may add a 10% convenience fee to additions or changes to food choice or guest count requested after this deadline.

7 days prior to your event: All audio visual material is required We will charge a $50 convenience fee for an AV material provided later than 7 days before your event. We will not accept any AV material after 48 hours before your event.

The day prior to your event: You may drop off any décor, except fresh flowers or cakes, a day or 2 before your event.

The day of your event: You may have a cake or fresh flowers delivered to The Warren within an agreed upon timeframe.

One hour prior to your event: You may arrive to set up any décor.

Immediately after your event: The balance of your payment is required at the end of your event.

You must take all your décor, flowers, cake, etc., with you.
