Responsibilities include overseeing the program of Arabic Language & Culture by coordinating with other instructors teaching Arabic, observing newly hired adjuncts & selecting textbooks

• Managing 6 professors including interviewing, guiding, instructing, observing and evaluating

• Created and developed new courses designed to meet the needs of the students and the program

• Developed and supervised an annual Study Abroad program (Montclair in Amman-8 weeks-9 credits)
