Make sure you keep this leaflet close to your medicine as you may need to refer to it again in the future.WHAT IS IT USED FORTravel sickness prevention and treatment Temporary relief of nausea and vomiting BEFORE USING IT When you must not use itDo not use travel sickness ifYou are allergic to the active ingredient.Before you start to use itLet us know if you are:Pregnant or intend to become pregnant.Breastfeeding or intend to start breastfeeding.Caffeine is present in a variety of foods and beverages; be mindful to not exceed more than 520mg of caffeine per daySensitive to any medicines, foods, colours or preservatives.HOW TO USE How much to useTake 1 - 2 capsules 30 minutes before departure. Repeat four to six hourly if necessary (do not exceed 4 capsules in 24 hours).If you use too much (overdose) Please contact your doctor/pharmacist as soon as possible or call the Poisons Information Centre (13 11 26).SIDE EFFECTS OF Ask your doctor or pharmacist to answer any questions you may have.Travel sickness capsule is generally well tolerated however, in rare cases you may experience anxiety, insomnia, gastrointestinal symptoms, increased heart rate and blood pressure, dehydration, blurred vision. If the symptom is troublesome stop taking the medication and seek medical help immediately. This medication may make you sleepy; don’t drive or operate machinery if this happens.Avoid alcohol and other medication that may cause sedation.STORAGEKeep this medicine out of reach of children in the original container supplied. This medicine is best stored in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight at temperatures below 25°C.
