Also, you can participate in the school prayer via the email DMA sends in the morning. Either way is fine.** Our list of morning songs is getting long. You can pick and choose what you want to use each morning. (This Little Light of Mine) (Song: The Lord’s Prayer for Kids/iCharacter) (Song: Immaculate Mary, Your Praises We Sing by Sam Prasanna) I like this version for all the different images of Mother Mary and it includes lyrics for the families to sing along. (Ava Maria performed by Andre Rieu & Mirusia) Religion for May 20th: Titles that honor Mary - Our Lady of Lourdes; An adult or older sibling can read the story about the young girl Bernadette, whom Mary appeared to a long time ago. Students can color the paper of Mary and Bernadette. ***We will meet together this morning at 8:30am for a Zoom lesson.*** Mrs. Greene is going to start to teach some of the songs we will be singing for graduation. English Learning Videos for Kids) This song goes through all the vowels and their short sound, but if you want to focus on ‘a’, then stop the video.*Assignment:-Sign in to IXL with your username and password -Making use of IXL, students will complete the two language arts assignments-find the short A sound (G.1) -identify book parts and features (I.1) MOVEMENT AND MUSIC BREAK! The words rhyme. **With the weather getting nicer and warmer, I am introducing this outdoor activity.** OPTIONAL: This can be done today, tomorrow or this weekend; any day the sun is shining brightly. *Assignment:-watch the video below.-materials: pencil, colored pencils, blank paper (white paper works best)-find a nice, safe area outside your home-have a table and chair to work at-pick items from your home to trace-place the item on the paper so that it creates a shadow-trace the item using sunlight as your guide-color or decorate the traced drawing (Preschool Kids Activities: Shadow Tracing/The Dad Lab) ................
