After water, tea is the most popular beverage in the world. People find green tea and its antioxidant benefits pleasing. Amino acid L-theanine simultaneously stimulates and sedates for a mellow lift. EDEN Green Teas are from the Nagata family tea co-op in Uji, Japan. ey have used organic management since 1974, so the plants that grow these leaves are as happy as can be.

SENCHA - Hand picked, early spring leaf is immediately steamed and

rubbed to capture the bright green of its chlorophyll, and maximum antioxidants. Five varieties: loose in a pouch, tea bags, and with added Ginger, Mint, or Rose petal.

HOJICHA - Summer tea leaf, hand picked and slow roasted, with a flavor reminiscent of English tea. HOJICHA CHAI with a blend of organic chai spices.

KUKICHA - (Twig Tea) Cauldron roasted tea twigs and mature leaves, then aged 2 to 3 years to mellow. Soothing at a meal's end. Well suited as the main drink throughout the day. Half brewed kukicha and half apple juice!

LOTUS ROOT - Lotus root powder with 5% ginger root.

MU - George Ohsawa's recipe. A purposed blend of 16 herbs to tone and strengthen. CHAMOMILE - Egyptian organic chamomile flowers, hand harvested and slowly dried.

GENMAICHA - Sencha with roasted organic short grain brown rice kernels.
