General Information

This is a "juried" fair. (more information on Page 2) Booths are 8' x 8' Electricity is available. (more information on Page 4) You will be responsible for your own tables. We will supply 2 chairs. Each booth will receive two complimentary vouchers for drinks & pastry. Your name and brief description of your handmade items will be listed in our program. Set-up will be Saturday, November 2nd from 7:00- 9:00am. FREE Parking We do not issue refunds for any reason. Refunds will only be issued if all the spaces are filled,

the application is rejected or the event is cancelled. Our Caf? offers delicious concessions which are available all day. Our Bake Sale features homemade treats. "NEW" this year * Theme Basket Raffle This fair has been an annual tradition for many years. The fair will be well advertised. Local newspapers, Craigslist, Internet, Facebook, Posters,

School Families and COA Newsletter. Non-Smoking Venue No pets allowed No alcohol Your cancelled check is your guarantee of acceptance to the fair. Applications will be

accepted through October 1, 2019 or until all booth spaces are full. You will also be notified by email in regards to the status of your application. An email address is required: You will receive your space assignment and important instructions via email Saturday, October 26, 2019. Note that all sellers we be placed according to their specific needs, such as electricity, wall space, etc. We'll do our best to meet your needs and will contact you if we can't. Changes will not be made the day of the fair.
