Washington Township High School Spring Craft Fair Application for 2019 Information Sheet for Participants

Saturday, March 2, 2019 from 9:00am to 3:00pm Washington Township High School (9-10 Wing) 519 Hurffville-Crosskeys Road, Sewell, NJ 7:00am to 8:30am (Inspection to follow from 8:30am to 9:00am) Space provided is approximately 10 feet wide x 8 feet deep. Please provide your own tables and chairs for this event. $75.00 payable to WTHS PTO and the donation of 1 door prize items from your crafts worth $15-$20. Door prizes will be collected during inspection for your convenience. Please send checks with completed application and photographs of your Items for sale.

We ask that you kindly follow these rules to ensure that you and other crafters have a wonderful day at our school:

? All crafters are required to donate 1 hand crafted item for our door prize/raffle table valued at $15-$20. ? Kindly provide a photo of your crafts as well as a description of what you will be selling. Photos will be returned

if needed on the day of the show. ? Applications are on a first come, first served basis. We will try out best to accommodate any special requests

but there are no guarantees. ? Direct home sellers are welcome to apply, however, we will only have 1 vendor per company at the event. (i.e.

1 representative for Tastefully Simple, 1 representative for Rodan & Fields, etc.) ? Please be sure to bring your own table and chairs and keep your materials within your own space as a courtesy

to your fellow crafters. Provide a clear exit from your space vs. exit into another crafter's space. ? Crafters are not permitted to sublease their space or close down prior to 3:00pm. ? Washington Township High School is a smoke free environments. No smoking or vaping is permitted anywhere

on school grounds or the parking lot. ? We caution you with using fire lanes to load and unload as any long term parking will be ticketed by the police. ? Everyone who is accepted in the show will receive a confirmation email; no refunds will be granted after 2/1/19. ? There will be donuts and danish along with coffee available from 7:00 to 7:30am for the crafters free of charge. ? Questions may be directed to our email box ? washingtontwpppto@

The proceeds from the Washington Township High School Annual Spring Craft Fair provide scholarships to graduating seniors in June which are sponsored by the WTHS PTO.
