Extension Instructions

1. All Evaluation money and Graduation fees are to be submitted in full to the main campus. 2. All other fees are divided equally 50-50.

A. Application Fees of $25.00 B. Registration Fees of $75.00 C. Tuition and Book Fees $130.00 3. All losses are shared equally by the extension and the main campus. 4. All monies collected after the first week of enrollment one-half of the money is to be submitted to the main campus. 5. At the end of the semester all monies collected during the semester one-half is to submitted to the main campus.

6. Faith Bible College accepts all classes of F.B.C. taught with 3 credits given for each class. 7. If a husband and wife are attending then if one spouse is completely paid for in the first week, then the

other spouse will be charged one-half price on their tuition. (In other words the cost is one hundred dollars for the tuition and thirty dollars for the book, so you would receive $50.00 dollars off the tuition price per class). You may copy the application, registration, and attendance forms to enroll students and a copy of the application and registration for each student must be sent to the main campus. At the end of the semester, a copy of the grades must be sent to us.

CHANCELLOR ? FOUNDER

Apostle Dr. Zalmer Nichols is the founder of Kingsway Christian College and Theological Seminary of Missouri. Additionally, he founded Faith Bible College and Miracle Bible College. Dr. Nichols sits on the Board of all three plus the American Missions Team International Board. He also a board member of Ebony & Ivory Church and Kingsway Academy of Independence, Missouri. He served as Spiritual Advisor to Women's Aglow Kansas Chapter. Dr. Nichols is Ordained with American Missions Team. He is a Certified Christian Counselor through the Association of Scriptural Psychology Therapists. God has given Dr. Nichols has an anointing to teach, as well as a soul-winning anointing. He has helped to start several Churches and Ministries. Dr. Nichols is a qualified Instructor for Theology, Counseling, and Education. He is 69 years old and he was married to his lovely wife Eva. After 45 years of marriage God called her home. They had two children; one son, Nick Jr., and one daughter, Michelle, and two grandsons, Josiah and Gabriel. Dr. Nichols received educational instruction at Heart of America College. He holds a Bachelor's, Master's, and Doctorate Degree. He holds a Doctorate in Counseling from Kingsway College and a Doctorate in Religious Education from Mid-West Theological Seminary. At Faith Bible College, he has a Doctorate in Scriptural Psychology. At the American Association of Christian Therapists, he holds a Ph. D. in Diplomat Counseling. He has received his sixth Doctorate (Christian Administration) through the International Bible College. Additionally, he has an Advanced Diploma of Christian Ministry through Vision International. He is also certified nationwide as an Alcohol and Drug Addiction Counselor with M.R.S.S. Dr. Nichols was a field Practicum Supervisor for the University of Missouri at Kansas City (UMKC) for their M.S.W. Social Workers Training and Educational Programs. Dr. Nichols has been a guest speaker at over 100 Churches in the United States and worldwide. He also serves as founding pastor of Ebony and Ivory Ministry, a multi-ethnic church. Ebony and Ivory is a powerful deliverance and soul-winning ministry that meets Friday evenings at 7:00 p.m. The church meets on Sunday morning at 10:00 a.m. for intercessory prayer, 10:00 a.m. for Sunday school and Prophets Training, and at 11:00 a.m. for Church Service.
